หลักสูตร3 ขั้นเทคนิค ใช้ระยะเวลาเรียน 2 วัน ปฎิบัติจริง8 ชม.เป็นการเรียนเกียวกับการบังคับเรือและกระแสน้ำรุนแรงใช้ท่าเทคนิคประกอบกับการไหลของน้ำลักษณะต่างๆ ตลอดจนลักษณะของแก่ง กระแสน้ำที่ปลอดภัย การเลือกเส้นทางในการเดินทางของเรืออย่างปลอดภัย เรียนรู้เรื่องการช่วยเหลือทีมเบื้องต้น
